To produce Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), wood
pieces must be ground into fibers. However, this
process consumes a tremendous amount of energy, around
5 MegaWatts. If the length of the fibers is too large,
the MDF will be of poor quality, and if it is too
small, it will cause unnecessary energy consumption.
With this system, factories producing MDF or chipboard
are provided with the opportunity to be both high
quality and more efficient. Millions of liras of
electricity are saved annually in factories where the
system is used.
You can obtain this system at a much more affordable
price compared to abroad and with domestic support.
